I'd be in so much trouble on two spectrum.

One, I have World's End Harem: Fantasia, which has blatant sex present in the story. The only thing that allows it to be sold on places like Barnes & Noble is that there is no genitals shown. But, it's quite obvious what's happening at times.

On the other end, I got the light novels for stuff like "I'm In Love With the Villainess" and "The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady". Two stories that don't hide the fact that it is heavy on the lesbian content, and not in a fetish sort of way. Villainess would cause those redcaps to lose their shit.

The first volume had a section where there was a discussion on how there is no difference between hetero, homo, and bisexual people outside of who they may be attracted to.
Second volume has Rae, the main character, have an impromptu debate with a nun who was against homosexuality and the nun relented that Rae may have a point and is willing to discuss it more. The nun said she's not sure she can accept homosexuality yet. There is also the subject of gender dysphoria.
Third volume has Rae and the "villainess" of the story, Claire, getting married and are taking care of a pair of twin sisters.
