The rest of Germany enabled the Nazis, making them as responsible for the Holocaust as the Nazis, is not a take I expected to see.

Unless you're a politician on the most local of levels, where the "change" you're trying to make is to add more stop signs around the neighborhood or budget for the street cleaners to come around more often, none of the fools are really looking to do anything other than give themselves raises and pass laws that further protect whoever it is that's greasing their palms the most.

If current members of Congress arent part of the ruling class I dont know who is? Thats their entire job responsibility.
