I used to have a store by my job 20 years ago.

Man.....last time I had quiznos feels like 2 decades ago.

I did remember liking that lobster roll sub, but I don't believe it was real lobster though lol. Still good though.

Imo taste-wise quiznos was easily better than all the current fast food sub places that is around right now (subway, jersey mike's expensive-ass sandwiches, jimmy john's and firehouse subs), but they couldn't hang with the local options we have available.

Chicken carbonara was seriously awesome. Last one I had was like 20 years ago but I really loved it and would get one like once a week.

Indeed it is. I always get the Black Angus one. I love that sauce they have on there.

I haven't had Quiznos in years but I used to like it.

There was a point back in my 20s where my cousin worked at one and I used to go in all the time and he'd hook me up with free subs.

There hasn't been one anywhere close to me in decades, but I happened upon one on a road trip and excitedly made it a required stop. Good stuff.

Quizno's is fucking trash because the family run part of it decided that they'd rather make money on franchise fees and charging 3x the money for supplies from the only supplier franchisees were allowed to purchase from. No idea if it's any better now, but seriously fuck these guys.

My favorite is hands down pita way. Their pitas are second to none in my opinion.

Yeah, they don't deserve any success, for sure. But I sure did like the sandwiches.

I found them not worth the price. Been like 20 years or so though.

My father in law got the fucking seafood sub from Quiznos and was shitting himself all night and we never let him live it down. Sounds absolutely nasty

I've only been to Quiznos a handful of time but each time was god awful. Far worse than anything I've ever gotten at Subway and more expensive. Sounds like it might've just been the ones here in town, especially if they were a franchise.

Never had it. The one in my college town closed after a huge sink hole sucked up half their parking lot

I would stop in on my way home from school sometimes. They were way better than Subway, but Subway and the $5 footling killed them off in my city.

I used to go to Quiznos all the time in the early 2000's... but then all the stores disappeared. Turns out the people that run the company were basically robbing the franchisees. They had really high quality food too as I recall, sucks.

I looked up Quiznos locations near me, and they're all in canada, over an hour away lol.

Yeah, pretty much. Was one of those things where they started disappearing and you're like how? They are so much better than Subway's garbage, even back when Subway wasn't as hot garbage as it is now.... then you see what REALLY killed them off and it makes sense.

My last memory of Quiznos is when they tried and failed to compete with Subway's 5 Dollar Footlongs, by having a 6-dollar 13 inch.

The problem was, that they put the same amount of ingredients as in a normal 6-inch sandwich, just spread out farther. Meaning at 13 inches you got mostly bread, lol.

The one closest to us probably closed 15 or 20 years ago. I wasn't even aware they were still around, tbh.

I mean, an extra inch over Subway at only a dollar more wouldn't have been so bad, had they put the proper proportional amount of sandwich filling for the entire length.

Take the same amount of stuff that is put in a normal 6 inch, but flatten it out to spread across 13 inches. GTFO here. Subway didn't do that, you got nice fat footlongs for only 5 bucks. Good times.
