You really called it, not like it was going to be surprising though. The real curveball was making a huge performance about how the Switch 2 isn't innovative and it's one of the biggest problems when he couldn't stop ragging on the Wii U trying gimmicks and the Xbox Series S/X and PS5 are some of the least innovative consoles in existence.

He still haven't revealed who the wrestling cohost. I wonder what he's trying to achieve by keeping it secret. He built up Ethan Ralph for a far bit. So what does he think is gonna happen when he reveals the next one last minute?

Continuing to go on an insane rant about the Switch 2 today, even when you can point out actual problems. You're mentally stunted if you buy Cyberpunk on switch 2 at the price that it is, for instance. On a completely unrelated note, I wonder how much Cyberpunk with Phantom Liberty (as in, the version on Switch 2) costs on steam!

You know, at first I had a thought that let me to somewhat understand why people would side with Phil:

You are new to Phil, new to his stream. The narrative is how it is him against the big bad trolls, how they ruined his life and such. I get how that would make you root for someone. After all, people tend to root for the underdog.

But in the very same stream, you'll also be antoganized for asking, questioning things. You will be mocked and ridiculed for pointing out things, trying to help him or not saying exactly what he wants to hear. And it doesn't end there. You are now made responsible for his financial wellbeing. You'll notice that he made a massive amount of money recently, so logically that means he is good for now and his fans will be tapped out for a bit right? Wrong. Everything that is in the past doesn't exist, cannot be brought up and you will be antagonized for pointing out how much money he made recently. If after all that, you still feel obligated to give him some money, even if it is out of pity, you will be spited for not giving him enough, and he will turn hostile to you. If you then dare go against him for giving him money, you are looking at a ban. And the only way to lift that ban, is by giving him more money.

You don't need to be familiar with Phil's lore, you don't have to watch restreams of him, or Youtube channels detailing his life and what a lolcow he is. How he alienated everyone is his life, how his addictions fot him bankrupt and other things.

All you need to do is randomly pop into a stream of his, and within an hour (likely less), you'll know exactly who Phil is.

He does not deserve the benefit of the doubt, he is not the underdog to root for. He is an absolute asshole with no regard for anyone but himself.

Tbh naz, if I entered a stream and someone kept talking about how the world was against them, how they have all these haters etc I'm more inclined to believe they are an asshole over them being a downtrodden victim.

Phil having a meltdown trying to make his brain understand why Nintendo would delay Switch 2 preorders in Canada, but obviously anyone who gives him a proper explanation is a moron who knows nothing.
