Eating a healthy diet with plenty of exercise and rest is probably healthier then fasting imo.

healthy diet did wonders in weight loss, when the spring season begins may start to walk daily (just too rainy/cold to do that activity).

unless it's a mandatory store trip then there's a long walk involved.

all it took was 6 months to lose 40 pounds, goal is to stave off the risk of diabeetus (can only hope i'm doing things right).

Word to the wise? Weight Watchers. It seems so simple, but its helped me drop 15 lbs without really changing my eating habits outside counting my points.
