So okay I played this at PAX one year and I was kind of intrigued and didn't follow through on playing. I get the feeling it's sad girl hours, but tell me what you thought.

Mixed feelings. I enjoyed the story, but the platforming sections were tiresome. In the final stretch, I would rush to a get a game over on them just to continue to the story. The control scheme could have been better since I am not a fan of Up being jump

Apparently I've spent around 54 hours playing Rebirth so far, I feel like it's relatively rare I play a game this long and don't just stop partway through. Remains to be seen, but it's looking decent.

beat chernobylite. it's a survival FPS with light RPG elements.

like it's fine. not great, not bad. for like <10 buckaroos it's fine really.

+ story is actually decent. cliche'd but i did enjoy the characters and collecting the bros squad
+ the suicide mission like finale is pretty nice
+ the game is well polished enough
+ interesting concept for C&C, even if it's a bit cheap but i do applaud the concept. i wonder if they change the ending scenes?

- mission is very repetitive halfway trough the game
- which would be fine if mechanical progression is well-paced. it's not. once you got gauss rifle and energy armor that's it. i got them like 10 hours in a 20 hours game. after that it's just grind to maintain enough ammo/batter/medkit.
- shooting and enemy variety is meh. can't really hip fire.
- black stalker is annoying to fight. his attack flashed the whole screen, and he's like team rocket, always getting his ass kicked but act like he's tougher.

The Stanley Parable: Deluxe Edition (As much as it can be beaten, at least. Achieved multiple endings, and the "Test Trophy". No way I'm going for the Tuesday trophy though).
Also made some progress on Code Vein, but I'm thinking I'm going to drop it. The Cathedral level killed all interest.

About 110 hours into Rebirth, doing all the side stuff as I go. Think I'll beat the game soon.

I beat Dragon Quest 3 remake, Symphonia and replayed and beat the Blaster Master Zero trilogy. Currently going to Metroid Prime remaster.
Just biding time until Suikoden games release next month.

So far, as far as first time completions, I beat Metaphor ReFantazio a few weeks ago and beat Alan Wake 2 a couple of days ago. Gonna do the DLC for that, then I'm not sure what I'll play after that. I might do another playthrough of Control.

I actually don't believe that I have. I have mostly been playing time sink games like Balatro and coop and arena fighting games like ROUNDS and Stick Fight: The Game.

I'd like to complete Cyberpunk 2077 sometime this year... but I have to actually start it first and I have been distracted from doing that far too much recently.

and Yakuza 0 is done. Not sure where to go next. For first-time games it'll probably be Pentiment, but I always have a list of at least several games that I wanna replay at any given time. Might do another RE4 Remake run first or something.

I have now finished Rebirth, bringing my total to 5. I beat it a few hours ago, but I paused the final cutscene.

Several playthroughs of Bravely Second.

Only at 2 so far, beat "Digseum" today. Was $2.99, took about 119 minutes to complete and 100% achievements. It was dumb but for the price it definitely satisfied my urge for a casual, pointless clicker where things are flashing on the screen and numbers are going up.

just beat Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader.

I really dug it.

some of the fights felt unfair, though.

I'm at 6 games now.

I was talking about other games I've been getting sidetracked on (namely Frostpunk), but the Metro games were fairly enjoyable. Exodus probably topped the list, but didn't play perfectly on Deck, sadly. Might try and beat Witcher 3 in the next 24 hours, seeing as I just finished up the DLC.

Literally just completed Superhot. The story is a mindfuck but overall I enjoyed the game. Time to move on to the second game, which will probably take a year for me to complete.

I might want to take a break. I have a bit of burnout over the game. I gave Thy Flesh Consumed a try and immediately stepped off into a pit. Fitting start to an even harder episode. I just watched a video of the final stage for plot reasons.

I finished Jack Move the other day.

It was pretty short but I enjoyed it. It's an indie turn-based RPG with a cyberpunk theme.

I watched both of the Castlevania shows on Netflix over the last couple weeks and it put me in the mood for a metroidvania, so I bought Blasphemous.

Did pretty close to a full 100% run using a map on a second screen. Great game. Made me want t9 break some shit at the end

I can add Diablo IV to my list now... Actually didn't take too long to beat... Just in time for Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii now...

On my first regular playthrough, it said a little under 5 hours... and that includes when I left the game running when I ran my mom to the airport to get the trophy for sleeping for one hour...

Add maybe another 2 hours for trophy cleanup including the speed run trophy

There was a sale on that remaster of Bulletstorm, so I grabbed it and beat it a little bit ago.

It's the one where a DLC lets you play the storyline as Duke Nukem.

Not, like, people recognize him, they deliver the same lines the same way and he has no idea what the fuck is going on or how he got there.

The game is substantially better playing as The Duke.

Still in the middle of Ace Attorney Investigations 2. With how much I was playing Rebirth, Im not obsessively playing every day, or Im sure Id be done by now.

I only just beat Xenoblade 2 last week, and I think that's it for this year because it was pretty long.

A bunch. Sonic 06, the dark souls trilogy, Shadow 05, Sonic 1-&Knuckles, Castlevania Harmony of Dissonance on hard, and Fire Emblem Path of Radiance. I think that's it. I've beaten all of those before other than hard mode HoD, but I have a fun time replaying stuff.
