I closed my Twitter account the day Elon walked in with a sink. Never looked back. If even half the people who claim to not like Elon Musk did the same, the site would be irrelevant. I don't have any respect for anyone still on there, or people posting links to it. You're supporting the man.

Even if you advertise on Twitter, all published metrics show that you get more human engagement and more clicks from real people by using Bluesky.

People are getting the same amount of likes on Bluesky as they do on Twitter but have 10x the followers on Twitter.

The site is driven by bots, and deboosts content that doesn't mesh with Musk's concepts.

Unless your job is like being Ben Shapiro or something in which case carry on.

Not to defend this but I know there's some businesses that are just so small even moving to a different site for advertising will kill their business. You can argue their business was doomed from the get go though.

Yep. He's trying to say something like "yeah well you pay people to do things for you too!" Like Asmongold had a whole stream where he claimed to be one of the best video editors in the world and how he edits all his own videos and that the video editing tools available to him (which are best in industry) weren't sophisticated enough for him but were ok for now.

Edit: while also doing things like clicking save and then trying to open the save file in Windows Media player

I made a twitter account in like march or april 2021 just so I can follow those 2 dudes jake randall and matt swider I think their names were about PS5 console drops since my brother asked me to help get him one. Never posted a single thing on it, just followed those two guys for stock updates. Finally got my brother a PS5 bundle that may, and it has sat abandoned since.

I always get reminded it exists because of topics like this, lol.
