I need clarification on this from TC lol

I hate how people always turn these topics into "how can I cheese it to make money" instead of following the spirit of the topic.

I'm torn between the necklace or the ring, but probably the necklace.

The battery can only be used by you. Doesn't say anything about the energy.

I'm having trouble choosing between the battery and bracelet. The battery would mean I can cancel my Xcel energy subscription, savings tons of money, and in the worst case scenario, survive an apocalypse.

The bracelet is also very useful. I can get away with stealing from rich people (only the bad ones, which makes my choices pretty high). I can also protect myself by changing into something hard or dangerous. I could probably also get rich by taking on a persona that's strong or resourceful enough. Finally, I could fly, swim, and squeeze into tiny spaces.
