Whats going to be your flight time? I considered it but even including my days off and holidays 13-14 days are all I can get.

But my travel time will save off 3-4 days depending on my jet lag and what time I arrive.

what's your itinerary look like? im pretty close to booking a trip there myself, but i'd only stay for 2w.

1 hour from Stockholm to Helsinki, then like 11,5 hours to Bankok.

We get paid vacation days each year, 25 days, and since I turn 40 thia year I get 30 days. I already had like 22 saved vacation days from before so its all good.

We havent booked everything, just planned potential routes.

Atm we have 4 nights in Bankok then 2 nights in Krabi then moving towards Koh Phi Phi and/or Koh Lanta. But we might change Krabi to Chiang Mai first cuz they start the burning season which isnt the best time to visit.

Yea we are going together.

Sadly no, nudity is pretty illegal over there. Inread there is even laws that you have to wear underwear in public.

There are some nudist places but not at all as open as here.

I fucking envy them with a passion. I literally worked my ass off for 10 years just to have the ability to accrue up to 28 days of PTO at my work place lol.

im in the US and i get four weeks of 'vacation' and five 'personal days' each year, in addition to sick leave.

I started a job recently where I supposedly also have unlimited time off but Im not exactly sure how it works. I dont see how I could keep a job if I was like, hey boss Im going to be out for the next three months, see you later

I would suggest not spending too long in Bangkok. It has some interesting stuff to see, but mostly its full of titty bars and weed shops. Touring some of the islands is a much better time, in my humble opinion.

Yea we staying 3 nights there before going to Krabi for 2 nights then we have 4 nights in Koh Lanta near Klong Kong beach. Then we havent the rest planned yet. We gonna stay in Bankok the last days as well.

My in laws live outside of Chiang Mai, its so great there. So hot everywhere though. Hopefully I can go to esan next time its my favorite food

Make sure you wear mask

Make sure you hydrate a lot. Planes are very dehydrating and 12 hours will destroy you if you arent constantly hydrating and hydrate a lot when you land
