Just because you feel hunger doesn't mean you have to eat. Power through. Eventually you won't be hungry anymore. It comes in waves, just have to endure the wave. Probably happens due to habits. If you are used to eating around a certain time then you will be the most hungry around that time. But non-fast breaking liquids can help a lot too. Or this

You know what fills you up, has little calories, and has a ton of fiber and protein? Broccoli.

Just a heads up that if not used to it, a lot of it can make you feel bloated. Just all the fiber.

Water helps. I've heard water with apple cider vinegar and lemon is good, but haven't tried.

I also used premier protein meal replacement shakes and mini single serve cans of v8 juice(not mixed together).

I also sipped on Gatorade zero.

I believe its part of our evolutionary process to either consume or not depending certain circumstances

may be stress and lack of self gifting as well as possible depression. Try to think about it and notice this is real life and not a playground

helps me but this will probably be grounded on and whate

As multiple people have said already, drink water. The body often confuses thirst for hunger. Also, don't know if it's been mentioned already since I stopped at post 5 or so, but the foods you do eat should be higher in protein as protein has more of a satiety effect.

If you're just craving a light snack, an old trick is to just get yourself a very tiny pinch of salt. The body often confuses salt cravings for snack cravings. This doesn't work if you're legit hungry, but with all of the water everyone else mentioned, your body will give you urges to balance out some.
