Every day. I either do three laps walk around my neighborhood or go to the gym and go on the treadmill for thirty minutes, depending on the weather. --- Time is a funny thing, you know? I do 15 min per day 7 days a week. Been at it since Jan 2019. Weights, pushups, ab crunches, walking/jogging on a treadmill. It's made a big difference on my stamina, strength and overall health, even though it's only 15 min a day. I'm 43 years old and I feel like I'm in my 20s. --- Like it or leave it. I've recently started physical therapy for my back and have been trying to do their recommended exercises daily, plus going to physical therapy twice a week (up until the end of February). So, working on it. Before that I never exercised with any regularity at all, and the only reason I'm not fat is because of my diet and an autoimmune disease. Speaking of, I didn't do today's exercises yet.
