I try to. Several times a week I'll get on the treadmill for 30-40 minutes for an interval run workout.

Every day. I either do three laps walk around my neighborhood or go to the gym and go on the treadmill for thirty minutes, depending on the weather.

I do 15 min per day 7 days a week. Been at it since Jan 2019. Weights, pushups, ab crunches, walking/jogging on a treadmill. It's made a big difference on my stamina, strength and overall health, even though it's only 15 min a day. I'm 43 years old and I feel like I'm in my 20s.

I really have no excuse, everything I need to work out is in our gym room in the house. Laziness pure and simple (and maybe a little bit of being too busy).

I work at least twice a week, and I frequently have to do a bunch of lifting at work as well as constantly being on my feet (outside of breaks), so it depends on if that counts.

I do freelance work while looking for full time work, but I've been trying for years with no luck.

I often just feel very drained and kind of at my limit from just the work I do and applications. I'd like to get medical help for this stuff, but freelancing doesn't come with insurance, so I'm a bit out of luck.

I've recently started physical therapy for my back and have been trying to do their recommended exercises daily, plus going to physical therapy twice a week (up until the end of February). So, working on it. Before that I never exercised with any regularity at all, and the only reason I'm not fat is because of my diet and an autoimmune disease.

Speaking of, I didn't do today's exercises yet.

I probably should get a treadmill or something... preferably a small one to fit under my desk.
