Egg whites are 25 cals per 5 protein at around 6 dollars . Protein Power is around 120 calories per 25 Protein,and that is around 25-30 dollars. Like it seems that Egg whites are the best choice. protein powder has better shelf life, doesn't require refrigeration, and can be augmented by tasty flavors like chocolate coconut. consider also the servings per container. I forget who it was here, but they recommended putting sugar free Hersheys chocolate into a carton of liquid egg whites as a protein shake. The concept seemed disgusting, but the health benefits sounded amazing if I could keep such a thing down --- I don't believe in belts. There should be no ranking system for toughness. ... But better depends on the person's personal needs, goals, etc. Like i was making my wife some tuna salad for lunch today and the canned tuna was 90 calories and 20g of protien which is INSANE in my opinion.
