Seriously getting tired of the "America voted for this" narrative when it's very plainly obvious that what America is getting is not, in fact, what America voted for. Like, no one voted for Elon Musk and a small team of fresh high school graduates to be given free reign to dismantle everything. That wasn't on any ballots. Similarly, no one voted for republican losers to be simply appointed to positions of power despite their electoral failures. In fact, per said failures, we know America voted for them to not be put into positions of power. The Trump regime is not doing what the voters want because it does not now and never has cared what the voters want. All it cares about is power, power, power, and that means money, money, money, and they'll tell as many lies and break as many promises and ignore as many American voices as it takes to amass that wealth. So let's not delude ourselves into believing that what is happening now is only happening because America actually wanted it.
