Why would people want the discomfort and less flavor. Never got why so many people do it.

When you say super hot do you mean temperature or spice?

Depends a lot of the food. Some things hit different really hot v ideal temperature

its Funny too because pork soup dumplings are a lot like pizza rolls but a too hot pizza roll will decimate me while I love really hot pork soup dumplings

Because I fucking love spicy hot. I'm talking like break out in an actual fully body sweat, lips go numb and makes me tingle and makes my mouth produce saliva uncontrollably.

Because believe it or not I still taste the flavor and I don't know, it gives me like an endorphin kick or something and I just fucking love it. It's difficult for me to get truly to that level of hot though because generally commercial products just don't make shit to that level.

And for health reasons I had to give up eating out like 7 years ago but even then, there was only one local place that made a pure ghost pepper salsa and even that wasn't hot enough for me without adding pure capsaicin.

Try applying it down there
It will up the pain to the next and won't effect your GI.

depends what you consider 'super hot'

most people will consider anything above 120 palatable, but for most foods I'd rather them come out much hotter and me have to wait for them to cool off.

Nah, fresh pizza is sooo good! Also fresh mozzie sticks. Cheese-related items in general tbh.

You really can't, once you actually have a decent spice tolerance it will no longer impact your ability to actually taste the food.

Well no, if I eat something that's a million scovilles it's still very spicy to me but I'm just not overwhelmed and distracted by the heat.

Other people who eat extremely spicy foods like I do will understand what I mean.

People really do develope a tolerance to the spice. Your pain receptors get used to the stimulus.

Oh I'm aware but I assure you when you're dealing with something that's 1 million plus scovilles it's still extremely spicy even for somebody with a very high tolerance.

yeah i always let my food get lukewarm/room temp. i dont like hot food

im a big fan of spicy and I eat way spicer food than most of my family but sometimes something is just so painfully hot its not tasty at all
