I vaguely remember seeing it back in 1999/2000 but dismissed it. The other one was about this Vulture who visited this animal village in order to warn them about some Humans that were heading their way to bulldoze the area. Very weird low budget show with Street Frogs, Karate Cat, those weird human/fish people, and something else I can't remember. I seem to remember that it was the first cartoon show to be shown on weekday afternoons, and before that cartoons were really only on Saturday mornings, and afternoon programming on weekdays was adult stuff like soap operas and dukes of hazzard reruns. Then Fox started doing the Disney Afternoon which took off. Not sure if anyone's posted this but this was a really stupid show in the early 90s.
