No idea these days. I rarely bench at the gym anymore (using various other machines meant for pec exercises and whatnot). Lats time was 3x10 of 135lb sets. I'm at the point in my life where I have to worry about whether or not I'm going to pull a muscle or stress fracture myself taking the garbage out. My max was 3x100kg (225lb) but much lower now unfortunately. It's my goal to get back to that point when I build my home gym in a few weeks time. If I had to guess now I'm gonna say it'd be probably 3-5x70kg but bench isn't one of those things I want to try and max without a spotter. --- So I was standing still at a stationary store... ... Only 100 lb I think. Lean fit but not super muscular yet. I think I hit a plateau somehow because that's 5+ months of working out. I also aim for 10+ reps, if that's why it's lower. ... Copied to Clipboard!

I dont go for low reps because Im not trying to bulk up, so I dont really know what my upper limit is. I can do 3 sets of 15 reps of 60kg without too many problems though. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Probably like 115 now. I have not worked out in forever, so I'd be scared to try. Most I've lifted was like 175lbs 1 rep max @ 125lbs which i was pretty proud of! I'm pretty short.
