They did pretty good with Tyrell and Luis IMO, and even Ashley arguably. Not that Luis was "just there" in OG but he has a LOT more screentime in remake, especially in Separate Ways.

I like Remakeverse Biggs a lot. Jessie is pretty good, too. Wedges characterization leans a bit overmuch in some cliched directions, but otherwise, hes also solid.
