It doesn't make the list because he at least had the sense to bail on it quickly, but even thinking a Worst Character Ever contest was a good idea was pretty bad.

Also I'm not sure I put the Draven stuff on a list of crimes because I don't think there was any malicious intent behind any of it. Allen seemed to hate it as much as we did. He just botched the handling of it.

Although now that I think about it, maybe waiting too long to get rid of 4-ways is a good candidate here

"Wifegate" was him blaming his wife for contacting the League Reddit mods and telling them that rallying wasn't allowed during the Draven/Mewtwo match, and then contacting them later and saying it wasn't him and rallies were allowed

Some people ITT don't know the line between CJayC and SBAllen...

I thought the wife thing was an excuse for his own attempts to stop the rallies, which were admittedly welcome

Disallowing Mario 1 from Games 2015 due to its Metacritic score.

The Forceful Dragon thing was FD being repeatedly modded for calling people scum in a mafia game, being told that it was an incorrect moderation and he'd win an appeal(s), copy-pasting three appeals at once, and then being inexplicably hit for dispute abuse and permanently losing the ability to dispute.

Allen knew about it. The board kicked up a huge fuss over how blatantly unjust it was, and I'm sure some messaged Allen directly, filled in feedback forms, posted on MBH, etc. So there's no way he didn't. But FD got nothing iirc.

I might have some stuff wrong there. But I remember it felt really...stubborn, for no reason. The dispute abuse hit was a double-down on already dumb moderations, but then there was a triple-down by sticking to the dumbness.

Oh yeah, I remember that now that I'm hearing the story again

FD made the comparison of calling someone scum in Mafia to calling someone a goose in Duck Duck Goose, and this defense was shut down, prompting some to give SBAllen the nickname SBGoose

What was the ForcefulDragon thing again?

The ForcefulDragon situation (IIRC) was when the user got moderated a bunch of times during a Mafia game because he called multiple players "scum" (when that is what the villainous players of mafia games tend to be referred as). FD then (justifiably) attempted to dispute the moderations and mod team/Allen's response to the disputes was not seen as reasonable, resulting in much of the board siding with FD on the incident.

But this was like 17 years ago, so my understanding of it is hazy. The B8 wiki likely has it documented.
