I generally don't care how people physically speak. There's a lot of dialects, regional influences, etc. It's too much to care about. The influencer affectations, however, are actually annoying. It's specifically designed to trick people's brain into staying interested in what's being said and maximising attention and time spent on watching "content". Blech.

So here's an example from Minecraft YouTubers. They do it several times within the first 20 seconds

"What did it just sayuhh?"
"Oh my Goshuhhh!"
"How do I sprintuhhh"

What age is the target or actual audience of this? Please tell me it's 4-8.

it's more a accent than any specific location. It's mostly associated with Southern California and spoiled know nothing young girls. They say words such as "Like", "OMG", "Literally" constantly. It's possible to have the accent and not have a "Vocal Fry", but they do often go together.

They went from Its giving (x) vibes to Its giving (x) in like a couple of months.

Like vibes was too taxing to type.

Vocal fry is bad. But I wouldn't even care, if it didn't remind me of the social convention where women believe (possibly unconsciously and possibly correctly) that low voices are serious and baby voices are attractive. Ugh.
I'm going to give uptalk a pass ONLY because it's a common part of Filipino accents.
I think the worst is starting or ending every sentence with a placeholder challenge question ("blah blah, you know?", "blah blah, right?", "blah blah, no?").

Both men and women find low voices more attractive, authoritative, and prestigious.

You got an example of a Filipino person talking like this? I don't think it would bother me at all. Americans doing it sound awful though

I don't know if it's a Gen Z thing, but I've noticed a lot of the YouTubers that he watched talk like that. Drives me nuts, but I like to be aware of what he's watching, so I have no choice but to hear it lol.

Minecraft really is a great game. There's an impressive amount of things you can do in the game. I don't like the blocky graphics though, so I play other survival crafting games instead.
