X isn't even playable until like halfway through the game (or if you rescued a good number of the permanently dieable reploids) in megaman X7.

Probably, I will say they gave Sasuke, and the eye thing way too many asspull power ups imo.

Sasuke only got overexposed because, like the majority of the series, Kishi was forced by the producers to write stuff he never intended to write.

I was just thinking about this last night actually. I finished reading a book where the advertised protagonist was equally sharing the spotlight with another character who wasn't even mentioned by name in the synopsis. I was thinking about how they're both equal protagonists and compared to other media with deuteragonists.

With Naruto, Sasuke is out of the picture for the entire first arc of Shippuden. Then he doesn't appear until the end of the second arc. He doesn't really become a prominent in-focus character again until Orochimaru tries to take his body.

Not having screen time doesn't equate heavy focus imo

I would say C, but more so the uchiha clan in it's entirety over everyone else. Member' back during the chunin exams when eye powers was really being explained and then the hyuga was propped up as being just as important and also a founding clan just like the uchihas? After neji's arc concluded we then go through the entirely of the series never really bothering much with the hyuga clan at all. Until its time for one of them to die for quick n' easy drama anyway.

"Ah yeah, forgot hyuga is supposed to be kinda' important. Lets give the final boss' clan these eyes alongside more rinnagens and sharingans too."

D. This came up constantly back when Naruto was ongoing, and it's been measured out by chapter. Naruto got slightly more panel time than Sasuke.
