Got bored of FF1 as a kid sometime after seeing some witch in a cave and she said to go find some eye or something. I think there was pirates in the nearby town Finished ff2 and ff3 (ds remake). Ff3 was better ... Copied to Clipboard!

I really enjoyed the concept in FFIII of Warriors of Darkness existing as well (for when there is too much light in the world). This idea was explored more in the FFXIV expansion Shadow Bringers (which itself used a lot of music and locations from FFIII). FF1 was my first one so there's nostalgia at play so I'll compare the Pixel Remaster... Yeah FF1 still wins. I like the ideas that they try in 2/3 but Final MF Fantasy is such a pure RPG experience --- aka TritochZERO ... Copied to Clipboard!

If we aren't counting remakes/remasters then FF1 is the best of the 3. If we are counting remakes then 3 for the DS is the best of the 3. FF3 for the NES sucked. Up until recently it was the worst Final Fantasy game that had ever been made. ... Copied to Clipboard!
