If you don't want to be bothered to incorporate swimming mechanics despite there being the presence of water in your game, it's probably better to just take the Red Dead approach and just have it immediately kill the player. As absurd as that is, it's still less absurd than becoming Jesus.

What kind of studio name is Build A Rocket Boy, anyway? What does it mean? Is it a command? "Build A rocket, boy"? Build a robot kid with rockets in him? Or are they insinuating that they're making games with a complexity similar to rockets? In that case, is the boy meant to represent the workers?

Right you can get away with a poor game state if the underlying game is actually good. Mindseye has none of it. Even if they actually fix what's wrong now the players wont come back imo.

They'll be bankrupt in 3 years.

3 years? I give it a few months tops. They already lost a few high level executives a week before launch, I have no doubt this shit show is going to end far sooner than 3 years.

Ive made this exact same argument here at least a dozen times over the years with exactly the same points. And its literally always the same people responding with same borrowed opinions from some dumbshit streamer.

How does that change if I watched someone turn it on, play it for two hours, and turn it off? Not even memeing, just playing the game. Me spending my time and money to actually play it will not serve any purpose of me just watching someone play it for 2 hours while I work.

This isn't me watching a highlight reel or joke reel, this was me literally just watching someone play the game as is. And it looks horrible. If everything was fixed to be the best it could be, the game still would be at most a 5. Me holding the controller and suffering through it would change nothing in this case. This isn't a hidden gem, nor will it ever be, because it is fundamentally flawed and not good. Not from a streamer's opinion, but my own.

This also isn't the same thing as just internet memeing. The game had a disastrous launch. You are free to go look around for articles detailing it and even yes, memes of glitches and issues. This is not the same thing as someone watching TLOU online and going "lmao this game is trash!".

Common sense reality does not matter to internet trolls. People will say that shit regardless. But this game is, by all accounts, a bad game. I don't need to play it to know that.
