It looks as though the fight for Mercury Man dominance has now become a Battle with Seymour as a new leader has not only emerged, but seemingly stands poised to completely take over!

With Emet-Selch hot on the heels of his stylish boots though, it's definitely not too late for him (or a much darker horse) to make a comeback... However, by now, it might just be impossible for any newcomers to stand atop the leaderboard (I don't know, I'm not great at math or at predictions).

As characters dwindle and fanbases are forced to consolidate, there's still a little time left to shake things up. Can any character left manage to dethrone he who sits atop that of Guadosalam's, or must we accept the Maester as our new master? Can the XIV baddie take back the badlands, or will one of the VII baddies RKO this entire list outta nowhere by the end?

Meanwhile, on the QD front, because Seymour's saves are coming from several different speedsters, PK is still running mostly unopposed due to that early stage stranglehold! With only ~25 days of contest remaining can anyone hope to catch him no, or was this truly already over from the startyes?

P.S. I found it pretty funny that the Seymour Squad's almost all together aside from the one that was tardy to the party, the one who's yet to have to save him, and the one who decided to run on ahead and leave the rest of us behind!

First time doing iron man stats since XXII apparently, geez. Dusted off the old excel file formatting work...

Ritz is the reigning queen in terms of iron man appearances and longevity, at 54 days she just needs a little more to top Cyan's 57 days. Aerith in second for the 'actives' at 51 days, the only two iron survivors from boots and (with Cid T at Day 50) the only three from the first half of the contest still kicking. Though if there's 98 days then Day 50 really would be second half wouldn't it...

Before last year's SMFFFC, I ordered a Yuffie figure. I finally got it today, more than a year later! I'm not fully unboxing her because I don't have room in my figure case so she'd just get dusty. Still, it's a fun way to mark her reaching the top 25.
