Just finished season 2, and god damn. I already loved the first season, but shit gets fucking insane in season 2. Great stuff, sad AMC fucked it over but glad it made its way over to Netflix.

If you like weird, heady sci-fi stuff then definitely check it out, its a great show.

I just looked it up. Sounds pretty good.

If you liked Scavengers Reign, I think youll like Pantheon. Theyre very different, but similar in the vein of both being beautifully animated, weird, trippy sci-fi shows that have really smart writing and make you think.

Also I want a second season of Scavengers Reign SO fucking bad.

Watch Season 2. I didnt think things could get any crazier than season 1, but god damn did they prove me wrong. The season /series(?) finale gave me End of Evangellion vibes. Amazing show.

Its on Netflix now, they got the distribution rights a couple months ago.

But yeah, the show got fucked by AMC for a couple years.

I looooooooved it

The ending was amazing, and truly satisfying. The show has a slow start, and seems like it will be sort of cliche and preachy, but not at all. It goes into some deep and profound places, and shows a lot of humanity and understanding of the fear, and love, of technology.

i love how the ending is basically a good ending path for UI. Wish we could gain that.

Eh. Theres some Korean shows and movies Ive really liked, but idk if K Dramas specifically are my thing.

They're not all the same genre, they vary. The ones I mentioned are a legal drama with romance about an autistic attorney and a sort of soft romance show with coming-of-age stuff about two identical twins who swap places because one of the twins was going through burn out and depression. But they get pretty introspective in that show that's not something I'm used to in western shows.

But there's a K-drama on Hulu named Revenant that's about a deadly Revenant ghost that killed a womans father and she's trying to find out why. So it's a mystery/thriller.

i tried to marathon the rest of season 1 last night but it was past midnight and i had to go to bed, so i still have the finale left. holy fucking shit this show is amazing.

is there a satisfying conclusion at the end of season 2 or is it a cliffhanger? is there any hope of the show getting picked up anywhere else?

I dont wanna give too much away, but yes, I would say it has a satisfying conclusion/ wraps everything up nicely, even if its not in a way you would necessarily expect.
