I don't think Squeenix is doing this to screw with fans. I think they're just colossally out of touch. As for the remake, I wouldn't be surprised if they had something slapped together to HD-ify it in a very blase way that was mostly done... until the Moguri mod came out and was better than what they had prepared. And now there's a fan voice pack in the works too. So they're having to put it back in the oven to not get shown up by modders. That's just speculation on my part, though. ... Copied to Clipboard!
