I've flown to Kuwait twice from the western half of the US. First time was just shy of 7900 miles if flown straight. We stopped at one of the airports in Germany so between the stop there and driving around Kuwait, it probably added up to over 8000 miles

A nonstop from New York to Tokyo.

I voted 1000-2000, but was thinking driving, not flying. Should have picked more than 8000 since I flew to New Zealand in 2022. Whoops

Edmonton to Reyjavik, 3070 miles.

I think this was 24 hours, may have gone over.
Perth to Singapore to Heathrow plus 150 miles of drives.

Did have a longer journey to New Zealand but that took just over two day thanks to my connection being delayed by an additional 9 hours. That was killer.

560 miles is the furthest ive driven as an adult. Childhood would be longer as i had some flights then but i dont really remember where they were from and to.

Oh whoops. I thought this was specifically about driving and clicked before reading the rest of the op lol. When I was a kid we had a long car trip that was about 450 miles going from Southern California to Northern California. If we're counting planes though, then I've gone from LA to Orlando, which was about 2200 miles.

Around 8900 miles from east coast USA to Da Nang. It may have been over 24 hours. Time zones kept changing and a couple layovers so I lost track.

I picked 1-2k because I went from Ohio to British Virgin Islands but it turns out I went farther when I went from KY to LA, 2100 miles. So I voted wrong.

shanghai to toronto to montreal, roughly 7000 miles.

Driving: London to Edinburgh (about 400 miles).
Flying: London to Tokyo (about 6,000 miles).

Non stop JFK to Manila >8000 miles

I think it was Tokyo --> Beijing --> Paris which iirc is over 6000 miles.

If you count that whole trip it was:
San Francisco --> Osaka --> Tokyo --> Beijing --> Paris --> Iceland --> San Francisco, so around the whole globe.

I dunno either 4.5k or 9k, cant remember if the 9k was one day

A plane trip to Germany, which was about 5,700 miles.

Don't know about on my ship in the Navy how far we went in a 24 hour period. Flight wise not sure but from the eastern US to the Middle East in the 7,000 mile range. Driving nothing crazy. Like around 500 miles.

Driving, about 650km. I also haven't done longer than that on a boat or train, so that's the record for any non-air-based travel for me. This is assuming that it can be any 24 hour period and doesn't have to specifically be midnight-to-midnight, as the trip in question was driven overnight.

By air, 9339km (Tokyo, Japan to Christchurch, NZ - I lived in Auckland at the time but for some reason the return flight went via Christchurch despite that being further from Tokyo). EDIT: No actually, add another 745km to that, because I also caught the flight back to Auckland within the 24 hour window.
