Seriously no other business comes close, at this point I'm pretty sure I could just order a single small black coffee and they'd end up handing me a donut

Cant remmber the last time my order was messed up, but they definitely went cheaper on the coffee beans or something in the past few years, cuz it sucks

Carbs & awful coffee... ppl are lacking.

I don't even know where they find coffee of this low quality. It's like if they made some sort of lower-than-human-grade coffee that was meant for dogs and cattle.

Tim Hortons hasn't been the same since they got bought by Restaurant Brands International. Hell, you can even go back further when they got with Wendy's.

Their strategy seems to be

1. Cut quality to rock-bottom and then some
2. Only hire people on work visas so you can pay them less (some workers are paying the EMPLOYER under the table to work there to maintain their status in canada)
3. Use the above two to keep prices at last-decade levels (you can get full on Tims for like 8 bucks, you'll feel like shit but you can do it)
4. Sell insane volume thanks to all of the above. Everyone agrees the food and service are garbage yet there's always an insane line at all hours

Tims marketing their dinner food this month is laughable.
