There are similarities like randomly adding extra fingers but you can instantly tell the difference once you know what to look for. The way their faces look all stretched out and distorted is the result of a filter trying to fill in gaps as it scales up the image. If it were AI generated, it would look much crisper and cleaner on first glance, but if you looked at it longer you would start noticing weird things at first glance. Also the coloring on the faces is from a digital camera taking their picture at night. I've never seen an AI generated image like that. The sign, too. The way the letters look all stretched out and faded in places. That's a filter. The letters have a hand drawn look, with the same letter having multiple different looks. An AI generated image would typically have cleaner lettering with uniform color and a plain font. Also there would probably be some nonsense words thrown in there, which this picture does not have ("Swizzy" may throw people but it's a real slang word). It was at the Paleo Festival, which is this huge 6 day/night thing where hundreds of acts perform. They obviously weren't all there for him, they were festival goers in general, but the ones with signs were real, and the people at the festival appeared to enjoy themselves when he was there. The people themselves and the signs are real, the video had an AI filter and AI image-to-video used on it.
