i dont know if it even is illegal. i cant imagine there's a law on the books covering it yet. honestly sounds like it could be a precedent setting case, and she's rich enough to take it to court.

This feels like some crazy conspiracy theory considering basically all the AI companies also make significant efforts to censor their own AI, get it to be less horny, block horny requests, etc

Everyone is trying to censor that sort of thing, the difference is that they just haven't figured out how to actually get it to work with AI yet

Google says the legal doctrine called right of publicity that prevents the unauthorized commercial use of a persons name, image, voice, or other recognizable aspects of their identity. So, a bot that sounds like Taylor would be illegal without her express permission.

Do you honestly believe that corporations would simply decide to give up on free source that they don't have to pay a dime to have? Why do you think artists were the the first to get the shaft? They had 0 protection against this stuff.

The same censorship nannies would probably double down against piracy as well. By this logic, AI corporations would be doubling down at nuking pirated contents since they already have their data stored. Afaik, META used a certain book pirated site to souce most of its own info, removing said site that continuosly add more data to be siphoned to AI would be extremely detrimental since there is the possibility another AI company would simply have their own pirated content that doesn't shoot itself in his own foot.

You think they would use like Avril Lavigne or something. Seeing fan posts of Avril I get the sense that some of her fans are incredibly unintelligent. Like the page could be someone else's name and the comments are like "MISS, YOU LOOK JUST AS BEAUTIFUL AS EVER".
