Unironically, something about it is going to be blatantly suspect. As other users have suggested, possibilities include AI generated video or some excuse to have someone else to do it. Could also see a body double situation. Honestly, I'm all in on the conspiracy theory that the right has pushed so many wild conspiracy theories over the years specifically to poison the well so they could do those conspiracies themselves and the public would refuse to believe it.

More seriously, my money's on him still being alive but so blatantly *off* somehow that you'd have to be delusional to think he'll make it through the month, if that. They may well be prepping for this to be his final public appearance.

Honestly I think everyone will know Trump is dead within minutes of it actually happening. There's just too many people involved in caring for the president and it'd be so easy for the information to travel downstream even just from nonverbal cues of how the closest people are conducting themselves

The biggest difference here is at least some pictures used as proof have been confirmed to be old pictures. No, he is very likely not dead, but they do seem to be hiding something.
