When people mention the laugh, they're not literally talking about the laugh. It's a stand-in for "insert any dumb/petty/questionable reason for being anti-Harris here."

Yep, it's the same with "price of eggs," which wouldn't be dumb or questionable if it were just about any other candidate and it was sincere, except it was just the new "economic anxiety."

A few dumb people who used it were sincere because they were stupid enough to think Trump would be good for the economy, but most of them couldn't care less about the economy and threw that one out there because it sounds better than "he'll hurt the people I hate," which was always their true motivation.

They dont need the mask, anymore. This is what happens when our leaders no longer fear legal or violent repercussions for their prejudices, crimes, and stupidity. Im tired of hearing about the Harris laughing and other memes as well. It is just being used to cope at this point, and is useless. We literally need to organize, and bring that fear to these people back, even at the cost of life or freedom.

Every Democrat is an avowed Socialist or Communist, it's the main attack Republicans use on literally everybody that runs against them. People have got to stop being afraid of running politicians that the right calls socialists or communists because it literally doesn't matter who you run as they'll still get caught in that label.
