Do they have any way to figure out how long it took to get from the wow signal location to our system? If it started the trip after that signal, that would be pretty interesting Ifi it really is aliens, I hope they are more like Vulcans in First Contact instead of your typical invasion aliens ... I only made it several minutes into that video because that guy didn't sound particularly informed or bright. Atlas is an interstellar comet and that is pretty cool. It likely predates the formation of the solar system by a couple billion years and that is pretty cool. It has a unique make-up of nickel with little iron and that is pretty cool. It coming from a neighbourhood of dense stars is not really remarkable. The equipment used has it narrowed down to a direction but that direction includes multiple options. Tau Sagittarii 115 light years away but they think a better candidate is an unnamed star 1,800 light years away. The wow signal was only 40 years ago so if they're coming from the same place, then the rock left much earlier. --- "Something's wrong!
