And it felt like an interview because she was always asking a lot of personal questions. But for the most part, dates are chill. Interviews...are interviews. There's not a lot of fun to them. Hexenherz 09/22/25 7:43:27 PM #33:	I haven't done any interviews as an interviewee but I've participated in several hiring panels and it seems like they're pretty easy as long as you are respectful and take your time in providing a thoughtful response rather than just blurting out the first thought that comes to mind and then letting the ramble train leave the station. Dates are pretty easy and low threat.
