Biotics in ME1

He has all the best sword skills (including being able to heal and permanently break enemy equipment with near 100% rates) and comes with a sword that grants him auto-haste. In fact, the only thing he can't do is smell the victory that he earns over a mountain of corpses, lmao.

Indeed I did. It's crazy that this is just how those systems are intended to work. Except for stuff like the soultrap glitch.

Maelle in Clair Obscur. It's not difficult to build her in such a way that she one shots everything in the game.

TG Cid might be the only character renowned for being incredibly powerful who is actually still powerful once they join your party.

Akuma in Super Street Fighter II Turbo. The FGC isn't usually big on banning characters in tournaments but ST Akuma is an exception because he's so overpowered compared to every other character in the game.

Glue Monkey in BTD5, especially if you have the Speciality Building set.

The only thing it can't do is naturally pop camos and can't pop Zeppelin class bloons, but pair it with a camo detecting Village or Sub and a way to pop Zeppelins and nothing gets past it and everything will die in 3 seconds.

But the true OP is Monkey Subs, 2-4 Subs can eradicate ZOMGs in one shot. So even on Impoppable, with 5 2-4 Subs you can clear Round 85 (the final round before Freeplay) without a single worry.

Actually screw this. In the original game, Immunity + Marksman combo was way more broken (badly nerfed in the remaster).

The funny thing about Cid is all the X Knight classes are broken by themselves but then SE was like "What if we combined them all into one character and let the player pick him up just through the main story?"

The Mush Badges in Superstar Saga add damage based on how many Mushroom Healing items you have. You can mix this with the Great Force accessory that doubles all damage you deal to achieve ludicrous amounts of damage. By the time you get them it's perfectly feasible to dump all your coins into Mushrooms and steamroll the game by 1 or 2 shotting every enemy.

Pokemon singles has a ton of broken stuff but one of the most interesting is probably Arena Trap. Arena Trap prevents the opponent from switching and has allowed Dugtrio to act as a targeted assassin to completely break games open. It's so strong that even after Dugtrio was banned, people used Diglett to accomplish similar tasks, so much so that the ability itself was banned from every generation except Gen 3, where a significantly lower power level allows to Arena Trap to be extremely centralising but not quite bannable broken.

The stygian blade build im rocking right now in Hades.

Grim Reapers Sprint in Fallout 3

Going retro here, but its kind of hilarious how overpowered the Metal Blade is in Mega Man 2. Fast, powerful, long-range, can be fired in all 8 directions, AND it consumes far less energy than the other weapons.

Storm Tornado in Megaman X is in a similar place. It's not quite as ridicolous as Metal Blade but it can easily be used an upgrade to the regular buster

I was trying to think of a weapon in FO3 that qualified and totally forgot about this. VATs is already pretty OP in FO3, but GRS completely trivializes whatever semblance of challenge remained in the game.

They really are the most OP tower in the game. One of their upgrade paths gives camo detection to nearby towers, and does a ton of damage to nearby Bloons. The other can attack inside the range of all your other towers, giving them basically limitless range, and has an ability that just murders anything.

Though the Temple is a close second. Expensive, but if you power it up, it can solo the last round in like 20 seconds.

In some ways, I'd call it more powerful. It doesn't one-shot select bosses like the Metal Blade does, but it has the potential to deal waaaaaaaaaaaay more damage. If you charge the thing, you can one-shot the minibosses that have twice as much HP as a normal boss. Reason being, minibosses are susceptible to rapid fire. Evidently, the charged version just hits a lot of times.

The Scarab Beam hidden in that one Halo 2 level.

Lord of the Rings: The Third Age had a buff that would inmediately revive a character at full health when they died and then give them a turn so they could cast the buff again, and basically never lose. Enemies that could remove buffs were also very rare.

I miss amp shields giving the full damage bonus for every bullet in a Tediore reload. Pretty sure it was the full amp for each pellet in the shotguns too.

Also that Axton glitch that let you stack speed boosts by picking up weapons while ADS.

It's ridiculously cheap with only being Mal Gul Amn, and it is absolutely broken. The biggest influencer/personality, MrLlamaSC, hacked the game to play on Player 1024,, as in played solo as if there were 1024 players and was able to kill and survive very smoothly.
For context, Players 8 is the highest 'difficulty' scaling the game naturally can go up to.
