  1. The death scream sound effects were i c o n i c. The new voiced ones don't hold a candle to them.
  2. The small pause between winning a battle and hearing the victory theme. Now the theme starts playing as soon as you win. No anticipation. No payoff.

The stupid reason being that the original translation was riddled with typos and mistakes.

The sprites look better in the mobile version. The humans look so fat and blocky in the remake.
