I feel like Hasan haters have enough reason to dislike the guy without manufacturing outrage. I've become very "meh" about the guy over time, but the shock collar allegations are a bit of a stretch.

The man has admitted to buying a shock collar in the past. The dog got hurt the moment he was yelling at the dog as well as when he reached for something off screen. It is in no way a stretch to say he shocked the dog.

He did show the collar in another video. He says its vibration, but I have my doubts its just that. I don't know if its as extreme as some think it may be, but that poor dog was lying there for hours without moving. The moment it moved he got pissed. Even if it wasn't a shock collar, clearly owning a dog isn't for him.

People have pointed out it looks like he taped over the screws where you can place the contact points for shocking functionality. Pretty much all e-collars vibrate with some having the ability to shock.

My parents have a dog they trained with an e-collar. I know that just taking out the remote and clicking it when it's not on gets the dog to react. It is very possible his dog has learned to yelp in response to being vibrated even if no shock is induced. Whether or not he actually shocked his dog on stream is up for debate as have no real way to know this.

What isn't up for debate is the dog is clearly uncomfortable trying to leave the bed area and Hasan got very angry when his dog was trying to get off the bed and used the e-collar on the dog in a situation an e-collar should not be used. This is a form of abuse. It's also something he had to spend time off screen training his dog to do.

I like how his excuse that all of his acolytes will swallow never addresses the fact that he started yelling at his dog because she felt like moving and he called her a big spoiled baby for not wanting to sit on a tiny rectangle for over 4 hours straight, also blaming his mom for that. For the thousands of hours Kaya has been on camera, can you clock the number of times she yelped? He records and streams 8 hours a day. Surely a weeks worth is enough to dismantle Hasan. Prove this is not pearl clutching.

Do you just not get that Hasans totally inappropriate behavior towards his dog just prior to it yelping in pain for no apparent reason as he reaches off screen and grabs something is a big part of why people think he zapped the animal in the first place?

If Hasan was just being chill or kind to the dog before it yelped, nobody would think he used a shock collar. His objectively terrible conduct in the moments leading up to Kaya yelping in pain needs to be taken into consideration here

Hasan knob slobbers going off the rails on this one. At the very least he's chastising his dog for nothing other than getting up out of her bed. If he's that shitty to his dog when he knows thousands of people are watching him live I can guarantee you he is far worse when people aren't watching.

That dog was either shocked or scared of what he was about to do.

The circumstantial evidence is pretty compelling here and people acting like we're insane for seeing it are being tiresome. There was no discernible cause of her yelping at all. She only yelps when he reaches off camera when yelling at her. Hasan didnt react because he knew why she yelped. Theres a clip of Hasan saying he had a shock collar his roommate left behind. He was clearly mad she was getting up right before she yelped...

He should have shown the collar immediately when people were calling him out on it. He waited 24 hours. He could have easily replaced with a different collar or modified it. If he actually is innocent, it would have proven it if he had addressed it right away
