Ribeye for sure. But Im not picky. Give me even just a simple sirloin and Im happy. Even a cheap cut like a chuck eye or less popular like flat iron or hangar.

I know many people opt for a NY strip or porterhouse and Ill eat with no complaints but Ribeye is king to me.

But even though I eat a lot of beef Im not one to eat much steak Id honestly rather opt for a burger most of the time or a nice chuck roast in the slow cooker. I eat a bunch of beef every week but only eat steak a couple times a year.
