Rika_Furude 10/24/25 2:06:45 AM #5:	Uses sweetener 1000x as sweet as sugar. But gram for gram its the same calories. So they can use use 1000x less sweetener to achieve the same sweetness as sugar, but with 1000x less calories than sugar whether that has negative affects, i dont know. Less calories means less weight gain which is good, I dont know if that outweighs the benefit of tricking your stomach (if that even has negative affects at all, I dont know) its not 0 calories either, its just so close to 0 they are legally allowed to advertise it as such.
