Watched up to Episode 4 so far. Enjoying it.

Definitely heavy handed in the backstories and world building so far, especially compared to last season.

I think I like the faces the most when it comes to the art and animation. While there's a lot of over-the-top expressiveness, there's also subtlety in some moments that's still easy to spot and appreciate.

The only song that's stood out to me personally so far has been between Sera and the voice of God.

I took it to be double entendre, at least.

Vox using Angel as a spy was disgusting and heart wrenching.

As if Vox being a megalomaniac with sudden racist tendencies wasn't awful enough, he does....that....to Angel. The imagery of that scene was incredibly disturbing, which was obviously the point. As far as I'm concerned, it was exactly what it was alluding to being. Him being an impressionable dork (i.e., his quasi-redeeming quality) is meaningless in light of that. That's not even accounting for what he's apparently going to (try to) do to Lucifer.

Sure would be nice if Charlie got her shit together and smacked Vox. I don't think that Cherri and Husk will be nearly enough, even with the other Vees on the outs (I wouldn't be opposed to them staging a coup against him and destroying him from the inside; they're pretty shitty to each other in general but he seems to have goon too far for both Velvette and Valentino's liking).

I feel like Lilith will show up and do...something in the finale. They've brought her up too much and since we know that she's alive....

I suspected something was off before the twist, but the exact details were still unknown to me.

I dont think Charlie is capable of killing. I just dont think she has it in her.

Hazbin Hotel S2 and Dispatch both have this problem.

Both are 8 epsiodes long but set up SO MUCH during the season, I have no idea how they can satisfyingly wrap this all up in just the final 2 episodes.

I dont think theyre going to wrap anything up in the last 2 episodes this season. Season will end with the heaven v. hell war led by Vox about to kick-off

Christian Borle just knocked it out of the park as Vox. His charisma and singing abilities elevated this character from some Schmuck to an actual threat. I'm just in love in hearing all of songs that he's in because it's just so good. You can tell he had soo much fun with singing the songs, especially "Bad With Us" where he can change his voice to match the genre to appeal to the different Overlords. I just can't sing enough praises for the guy which is why I think Vox is probably going to get killed off if Vivzie is having him sing this many songs.

Dispatch ended good so I'm not too worried about Hazbin S2 anymore lol. Hazbin does have the advantage of guaranteed future seasons so a cliffhanger ending is possible tho.

Shit, I need to finish Dispatch episode 7&8. I hear a lot of good stuff about it.
