I think she sees how unpopular her party's policies are so she's trying to distance herself from it. She's also seeking higher office, so it makes sense.

He should have just dug his heels.

We'll see if she maintains this act, once she starts receiving internal polling, that shows her numbers tanking hard from the MAGA base, and her higher office dreams go up in a blaze. We don't want her, and we'll never accept her, no matter how much sabe washing the The View and other Corporate News tries to fool Democrat leaning viewers that watch. Most Republican voters are still far up Trump's ass, that this defection from her will turn them a lot of them off.

The only people she might fool are those brain-rotted centrists, who always dream of mythical bipartisanship between two parties. No matter how evil one side is. Though they're not enough to win any election alone.

Marjorie has shown to be evil and spiteful throughout the entirety of her political career. She's caused untold damage with her lies and conspiracies. The road to redemption for her is extremely long (and probably won't ever be reached in her lifetime), and frankly she's only taken baby steps so far. I'll take any help she can give to Democrats in the final 13 and a half months left of her political career, while also gladly seeing her get thrown her under bus (figuratively speaking) and get driven over repeatedly.

I wonder just how many people are sucking Trump's dick just to hopefully advance their political career and when it doesn't work I wonder how fast are they to jump ship.
