honestly very discouraging, i was considering going myself but it really seems like all it does is get them to dwell on it with little or no progress on actually feeling better or living healthier mentally. some of them seem to treat the mere act of attending as good enough? very confusing
That sucks for your friends. I've been seeing a therapist for a few months now and I've seen a ton of progress. I've gone from having panic attacks every day to only once ever two weeks or so. That is such a dramatic improvement
