So I was catching up on some news regarding the board game manufacturer Asmode. Apparently they got bought out not long ago by a larger business and now they are being let go but now massively massively indebt. So let's break this down.

Big Unhealthy Company acrews lots of debt. Instead of paying off their debt, they buy a smaller healthy company with little to no debt. They then take out loans leveraging the smaller company's I.Ps to pay off the original debt. They then break the smaller company off and stick them with all the debt the Big Unhealthy Company acrewed and then some extra on top. Meanwhile, the Big Unhealthy Company is now debt free.

How the fuck is this legal?!

Bribery is legal so congress just stagnates while the Supreme Court depowers the FTC.

It's ridiculous. I hope they'll make it through well enough, AMG is part of them and they make my favourite miniature game.

Arkham Horror the Card Game might be my favorite game. :(

It would suck if something happened to FFG
