Are you taking any prescription drugs for your mental health? I have ADD and anxiety and take a few things for them that work. I may suffer from a bit of depression from everything that has happened over the last two years (COVID and mom having a stroke)
Although never diagnosed, I think I suffer from Ergophobia (fear of working) Bad jobs and even worse job interviews have caused it. There have been times I was close to getting a job only to freak out and pull out at the last minute. Doing some power washing jobs for my brother n law and talking to someone has helped out quiet a bit. Im planning on getting a job at Amazon after the new year, that is if all the talk about COVID doesnt frighten me.
I was picked on like crazy when I was in middle and high school. There were times that I broke down in tears from it but never told my parents about it. To this day I still get nervous when Im around people who look like they would bully me.
