what the fuck this is good????? I was worried after seeing a loud warning in Supra but no this is just a really good song. gives me Mario & Luigi vibes in places, which is always appreciated imo. wow I did not expect this.

this song fucks, more at 11. I like electric guitar, I like piano, I especially like the combination of electric guitar and piano, I was always going to love this.

okay I don't remember what rating I gave this song last time but I almost certainly didn't give it full credit bc I was rushed that day with computer shenanigans, but DAMN this is great. the trance is beautiful and consistently interesting, and the ending section is great in an entirely different way (though I do wish the guitar was around for longer, its inclusion feels almost unnecessary with how brief it is)

not my favorite Crush 40 song, not even top 3 (KNIGHT OF THE WIND > What I'm Made of...: Last Boss ver.2 / Metal Overlord > LIVE LIVE > Live & Learn ...Main Theme of "Sonic Adventure 2" > I Am... All of Me is top 5 iirc), but like it's still Crush 40 I still love it. kiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinda prefer how the GaMetal changes the tempo in a few parts tho, but eh whatever still a fucking banger I'm not docking the original for that
Aria Math - 9.5
absolutely fuck this matchup I love both of these songs equally for entirely different reasons. the Minecraft soundtrack has steadily become a go-to for me after work to just chill out to on the ride home, and practically every song on it (discounting the music discs, which I don't particularly care for) is an ambient masterpiece. Aria Math might not be my favorite of the bunch (currently I'd probably give that to the self-titled Minecraft itself), but it's still a Really Fucking Good song. would've voted this in most other matchups, but honestly I just want to see Crush 40 do the best it can here
