It's bad, more often than not, it shuns the victim so hard, their side of the story is never bought into consideration, if they are in fact innocent.
It's also so easy to take an out of context clip of one sentence some guy said, and use it to smear them without disclosing the full conversation.
TL:DR - Internet cancel culture sucks.
