They're already suspended which was a likely scenario so none of this matters anymore. Users are free to message me about CE access though it isn't guaranteed. The extra context for this specific case is they had access and were banned because we thought they were a kos user. They swore they weren't and we didn't have great proof they were. I allowed them to create a new account though with CE access as a chance and looks like they took that chance to prove they were the kos user after all. Case closed.
