Most supermarkets don't sell smoking stuff, but you can get them at convenience stores and/or gas stations. A smoke shop is basically just a store devoted to nothing but smoking, usually for the specialty stuff since the places that do sell smoking stuff only have limited stock.

Anyways, from what I have seen the smoke shops here are open, at least their "open" signs are blinking. I never see anyone parked in front of them or shopping in them (and I don't smoke) so I wouldn't know.

Oddly enough, comic shops are considered essential as well, mine is still open although they haven't gotten any new comics from the distributors in almost a month.

What state(or Canadian province, or wherever) do you live, where comic book stores were allowed to stay open? In Illinois, they weren't considered an essential business(I know, since I read over the whole text of the IL governor's orders) and all such stores have had to temporarily close for now. Though recently I found a mom and pop newsstand that somehow is still open, and am surprised they are considered an essential business myself! I'm sure that store hasn't gotten any new magazines, comics, etc. for weeks or like a month now(whenever the closings all started to occur in March), though. The other day I went by there while doing a bike ride, and saw they had a sign saying 'limit 5 people inside the store at a time, and to limit your visit to no more than 5 minutes inside, to allow as many people an opportunity to visit as possible'.
