So you've got at least 20 years on her? Okay, do this...
First thing's first is to "fall in love with her" but only get to know her and be friends with her for no fewer than 3 years. If she wants to take things further like a relationship, tell her she's too young and inexperienced and that you don't feel she is ready to date you yet because she's not emotionally mature enough for you. You need to really emphasize to her that you love her but that you don't want to be with her so she gets whiplash. Say that you want her to date other guys her age to get a feel of what it's like but that she shouldn't fall in love with anyone else or else you risk losing her forever. That's important. That way, you can enjoy your freedom and inappropriate relationships with other women until you two finally, 100%, without fail, eventually lock it in. Also, make sure you're frequently posting updates here to CE so we can be kept in the loop. That's also important.
Next, get her a very expensive gift after those 3 years and really try to hit the ground running with her. She'll probably get more whiplash and rightfully be cautious about moving fast when she's been conditioned to open situationships. Then get mad when you find out she's dating a guy during your open situationship. Demand the gift be returned to you. When she doesn't, make sure to post back here about your intentions to sue her and that "you're done with her". Once that's done, your journey will be complete.
