This animal that lived ~250 million years ago is called a Bulbasaurus:

The paleontologists who named it said it wasn't a reference to the Pokemon, but rather named that way for the bulbous shape on its head, though similarities might not be coincidental.

Its full scientific name Phylloxyron comes from ancient Greek phyllos (meaning 'leaf') and xyron ('razor'). So this creature is officially called Bulbasaur Razor Leaf.
