They literally don't aside from turning into a great ape or getting 50 times stronger after going super saiyan. You also have a zenkai boost and the same haircut, but that's about it in terms of usefulness.
All of these and more are techniques learned in the DB universe, they aren't inherent to being a Super Saiyan.

Pan was able to display flight, super speed and super strength as a baby, and she's only 1/3 Saiyan. As a matter of fact, Saiyan children are often sent to backwater planets to conquer them with little to no training whatsoever. They very much have superpowers from the start. And then you have people like Trunks who can turn Super Saiyan without even being told about its existence or "train" for it either.
